This project was developed for Cabo Development when I was a project manager over there.

A big challenge from the start. The owner set up a team of the most respected firms in the industry in the Bay Area and the US, it included WALKER WARNER as Architects, KEN FULK as interior Designer and INVERNESS as Construction Managers. Greg´s warmer vision for the house was based on treating re enforced concrete as rammed earth as our main contruction element througout the house, this represented a big challenge as we had to develop new construction techniques in order to accomplish the desired look and feel of the house. In the end the combination of skillfull and demading teams pushed me and my crew to deliver a truly unique house that will be one of our most proud accomplishments for sure.
